I’m Richard Dirksen, the developer of Intuitive Running and an international Brand Culture Specialist, specialized in Experience Design. My approach always focuses on creating a (re)connection from within, aligning happiness and optimal health. I am convinced that listening to (and trusting) our inner voice and intuition is key to achieving successful transformations.
Intuitive Running was born from a moment of clarity one morning and found its public path during my personal experience of the pandemic lockdown. At 57, I decided that not only my close friends and family should benefit from a training method suited to our age and physical condition, combined with a gentle coach and guide — the inner voice, but many more people as well. A fully personalized, gentle training method combined with our inner voice not only improves health and emotional well-being, but also guides us in developing this unique, highly effective running technique to reconnect with our True Self.
